INFLATED PRICES
Dacotah Bank Center does not provide tickets to companies such as “StubHub.com” or “Ticketsnow.com.” If tickets are not yet on sale for an event but you see tickets for sale on these sites, please note these sites are “speculating” that the sections they have listed will be available for them to sell. Re-sellers don’t buy tickets themselves. They provide an online marketplace for ticket brokers or individuals looking to sell and consumers looking to buy.
The only authorized ticket sales locations for the Dacotah BankCenter are:
- Active Heating Box Office - located in our main lobby at the Dacotah Bank Center
- Online at Ticketmaster.com - locate the event and select "See Tickets"
Avoid unintentionally buying tickets from ticket resellers (i.e. sources who resell tickets at many times the face value). Here are a few simple BUYER BEWARE tips:
- If you are purchasing online, purchase your tickets from Ticketmaster.com ONLY. Our venue official website (www.dacotahbankcenter.com) redirects to Ticketmaster.com when you click the "Buy Tickets" link.
- Tickets may be posted for resale on Ticketmaster.com. These resale tickets are guaranteed because they are verified by Ticketmaster’s system.
- If you see unusually high-priced tickets or tickets for sale on a website other than Ticketmaster.com, you are most likely buying from an unverified second-party ticket reseller. If you buy from a second party seller, we cannot guarantee the validity of the ticket and you risk being denied admission, refunds and/or exchanges if your ticket is found to be fraudulent.
Customers with invalid tickets are welcome to purchase valid tickets at the Dacotah Bank Center Ticket Office. Seating location and price based upon availability.
