FULL-TIME POSITIONS

EVENT MANAGER

The Event Manager is an integral part of the Dacotah Bank Center team, ensuring the successful planning and execution of events of all sizes and types. This role involves partnering with clients, managing event logistics, and working closely with internal departments to deliver exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

PART-TIME POSITIONS

Event Services POSITIONS

USHERS
- Responsible for providing customer assistance to patrons during ticketed events
- Approximately 5 hours per month or as need based on ticketed events
EVENT SECURITY
- Patrolling and ensuring safety of guests, employees and contract labor
- Approximately 5 hours per month

Food & Beverage POSITIONS

DISHWASHER
- Washes and sanitizes all tableware, serving materials, and cooking equipment
SERVER/CASHIER
- Sets up and serves food service items; sets up and runs concession items
BARTENDER
- Responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic

Operations

CONVERSION STAFF
- Responsible for changing the facility setup from one event to the next.
HOUSEKEEPING
- cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction
