BOX OFFICE & MARKETING MANAGER

The Box Office & Marketing Manager leads ticketing operations and marketing efforts for the facility, supporting the General Manager and event success from booking through settlement. This role manages the ticketing system, supervises part-time staff, and ensures accurate reporting and cash handling. It also drives marketing strategies to boost ticket sales, grow brand awareness, and promote events through digital, traditional, and community channels. Collaboration, creativity, and a passion for live events are key to making every experience unforgettable.

PART-TIME POSITIONS

Event Services POSITIONS

USHERS
- Responsible for providing customer assistance to patrons during ticketed events
- Approximately 5 hours per month or as need based on ticketed events
EVENT SECURITY
- Patrolling and ensuring safety of guests, employees and contract labor
- Approximately 5 hours per month

Food & Beverage POSITIONS

DISHWASHER
- Washes and sanitizes all tableware, serving materials, and cooking equipment
SERVER/CASHIER
- Sets up and serves food service items; sets up and runs concession items
BARTENDER
- Responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic

Operations

CONVERSION STAFF
- Responsible for changing the facility setup from one event to the next.
HOUSEKEEPING
- cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction
