It all starts with a plan. Every part of event planning is under our roof: attention to detail, stunning display and delicious food. Your day is going to be amazing. We are here to make certain of that!

Your Event Manager will be your number one team player. From the moment you say Yes! to our venue, our team assigns a dedicated Event Manager to handle all your wedding event details. From initial planning through day-of-the-event, your Event Manager is your go-to planning guru throughout the entire planning process. Your Event Manager will answer your questions, keep track of all your big day details, convey information to all our other departments and ultimately make sure everything happens just as you dreamed.

Say Yes! to the space! Whether your guest list is incredibly intimate or mega massive, our space will be perfectly fitted to your specific vision. Our rooms are able to accommodate any guest list, from 50 to 5,000. Your Event Manger will be able to provide the best recommendation based on your expected attendance and planned activities.

Round tables or rectangle? White drape or black? Head table or sweetheart? There are tons of opportunities to customize your big day to make it totally tailored to YOU. Your Event Manager has a whole list of ideas and options. To really get into the heart of planning, your Event Manager will connect with you directly to find out your vision for the big day. Your Event Manager will document all the details and coordinate with the facility team to make your vision a stunning reality.

Head Table Styles
So many options. How do you decide? Download our Head Table Styles for Your Big Day white paper. It's got great styles for you to consider that will ultimately add your special touch.


All food and beverage for your big day will be catered through our in-house catering department. Our Executive Chef and expert catering staff prepares and serves your food exactly to your timeline. During the planning, you receive a complimentary tasting experience to try a few menu options. This is a great opportunity to sample and select a menu that will WOW your guests. Your Event Manager will coordinate your tasting date and be there throughout to document your final selections.


Raise your glass! We offer full-service cash bars as well as host bars. Plus, we have our very own liquor license which means we can serve mixed drinks for your thirsty guests. Trained bartending staff will serve all alcoholic beverages. Your Event Manager will coordinate your beverage service details.


Decorating your event adds a unique flair. There are a few house rules to keep in mind. We do not allow glitter or any type of confetti anywhere in the facility. If our staff has to clean up glitter or confetti, a cleaning charge will be added to your final bill. Any live flame must be completely enclosed in a non-flammable container and the tip of the flame must be lower than one-inch from the opening.


Get booked. To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit of $800 is required. Your deposit guarantees you have the space! That payment will be applied directly to your overall balance. After meeting to discuss details, your Event Manager will provide a detailed estimate of the total cost including rent, equipment, catering, etc. Two weeks prior to your event, a payment of 75% of the estimated overall balance is required. After your event has ended, a detailed invoice of your overall event cost and remaining balance will be mailed and/or emailed to you.

We offer easy payment options including check, cash or credit including Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express.


There are so many items to check off your to do list. Your Event Manager will contact you approximately one month before the big day to review and make sure everything on your venue list is checked. If anything needs to be adjusted, added, swapped, etc., that one-month touch-base is the perfect chance to let your Event Manager know so we can accommodate.


Wedding bells will ring! When the day finally arrives, you can rest easy that your Event Manager has everything under control. All the set up details will be excellently executed by our Operations crew. All the catering needs will be perfectly prepared by our Food & Beverage team. Throughout the event, our housekeeping staff will keep restrooms, hallways and other traffic areas clean and prestine. Our security staff will ensure that the facility and grounds are safe and secure.

As a multi-purpose facility, there may be other events happening at the same time as yours. Our goal is to keep your event as separate as possible to ensure you have a unique and special experience. Your Event Manager will keep you in the loop well before so you can totally enjoy your big day.


As your event winds down, your Event Manager will be there to usher your event to a close. Bars will close 30 minutes prior to the estimated end time. And (sadly) everything must be wrapped up by no later than 1:00A.M. All items including your personal belongings and outside rentals need to out of your room by 2:00A.M. Then it’s time for you to hit the hay. Sweet wedding day dreams!
